Restaurant Opportunities Center of Michigan (ROC-MI)
ROC-MI has entered into a local partnership with the DRWF and seeks to improve the restaurant industry in Michigan by advocating for quality jobs and advancement opportunities for restaurant workers. ROC-MI has formed COLORS-Detroit, a worker-owned restaurant training center whose core training program is recognized by the National Restaurant Association. Training includes classroom and practical education in a fine dining experience.

Eastern Market Entrepreneurism
The DRWF leveraged additional United Way for Southeastern Michigan funds towards entrepreneurship opportunities in Eastern Market. This project targets entrepreneurs pursuing food and food-related businesses.
