The Detroit Jobs Alliance engages and organizes a wide-ranging network of community stakeholders around the issue of jobs and workforce. It serves as a place where Detroit resident advocacy can manifest and focus on job creation opportunities. Similar to other workforce alliances across the U.S., the building of a Detroit jobs alliance strives to create a permanent coalition that grows community capacity and supports a unified advocacy agenda. DRWF has received positive feedback about this alliance and continues to play a supportive role in its efforts.
