The Detroit Regional Workforce Fund works with employers in the health and green economy sectors to create sector-specific training programs that will help employers in these areas share training expertise and costs. By doing this, we will help close the gap between the skills people have the skills employers need, generating value for the employer through the creation and retention of a skilled workforce.
